Work with field collectors and make joint visits for recovery

Check early overdue cases and escalate serious issues to seniors

Try to reduce NPA and overdue accounts through regular follow-ups

Handle long-pending cases (no payment for 6 months) and suggest legal action

Coordinate with legal team for cheque bounce cases (NI Act 138)

Track legal cases and follow up for recovery

Maintain straightforward records (MIS) of recovery and legal cases

Share recovery status reports with seniors or clients

Guide tele-callers and field staff in daily recovery work

Assign tasks and ensure work is completed on time

Train and support team members to improve performance

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dadri, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
