Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Coordinate with internal teams to create relevant and timely content
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and engaging
- Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement
- Track and analyse content performance metrics and suggest improvements

In-House Photography Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs and short videos of hotel spaces, rooms, dining experiences, events, and promotions
- Conceptualize and execute visual content shoots aligned with brand aesthetics
- Edit and enhance photos/videos using relevant tools before publishing
- Maintain a visual content library for marketing use
- Ensure all visuals reflect the luxury standards of the hotel





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/content creation (hospitality experience preferred)
- Solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content management tools
- Proficiency in photography and basic videography (DSLR/mobile + editing tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with luxury or hospitality brands
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
