Responsibilities:
The Trainee in the Data Platform & BI CoE will work at the intersection of business, data engineering, and analytics.



This role is designed for someone who naturally understands business problems, asks the right questions, and enjoys converting ambiguous needs into clear technical requirements. This role will have natural affinity for documentation, customer support and communication in the data ecosystem.

You will gain hands-on exposure to data engineering concepts, databases, SQL, cloud platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting. You will support the creation of governed, scalable, and high‑quality BI solutions used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with business teams to translate problems into structured use cases, KPIs, dimensions, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications, wire-frames.
- Serve as a bridge between business users, data engineers, and BI dev
