Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE - To assist with timely and accurate preparation of discharge summary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Type & prepare discharge summaries of IP Patients
- To type accurate discharge summary of IPD patients of floors.
- To type accurate and timely investigation reports & feeding of investigation in HIS




- To effectively coordinate for timely completion of all discharge summary of IPD patients
- Updating Summaries on daily basis
- Daily summary updation of at least 80% admitted patient in the respective assigned area.
- Submit daily list of updated summaries of planned discharge cases in group.
- To update the list of pending death summaries on regular basis.
- To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To comply with patient safety policy
- To ensure secure utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
