We're looking for an Engagement Management Delivery Practice Manager to lead our Qualified Services (ProServe) India Engagement Management practice. This leader will oversee the delivery of complex, transformational customer engagements across our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, hire and develop bar-raising talent, build effective organization-wide relationships, and engage customers and C-level executives to provide delivery thought leadership,



support pre-sales, steer in-flight projects, and ensure delivery exceeds customer expectations.

In this capacity, you will be based in Bengaluru or Mumbai and are expected to travel 40% of the time. You will report to the India ProServe Delivery Leader and guide your direct team of Engagement Managers.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers capable of successfully managing diverse cloud transformation programs in AI, data, migration, modernization and security.
- Implement and enhance mechanisms to improve delivery quality and engagement manager productivity; Provide thought leadership in engagement methodologies and best practices adoption.
- Serve as strategic advisor to C-suite executives, leading steering committees and executive engagements.
