About The Role

Are you a seasoned Salesforce professional with a passion for driving digital transformation within the Financial Services industry? Do you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and excel at architecting cutting-edge solutions that meet complex business needs? KKR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team in Gurugram.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce.com solutions, primarily leveraging Financial Services Cloud to support our global financial operations.

This position reports directly to our CIO and involves working closely with both offshore and onshore stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance,



while also supporting our mobile and AI-driven reporting initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will mentor junior analysts, serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, and play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce strategy and operations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, industry experience, and leadership skills. You should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce functional analyst or consultant, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex configuration-based solutions.

Experience in the Financial Services sector, especially with Financial Services Cloud, is highly desirable. You should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and regions.

Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud are preferred. A solid understanding of object-oriented design, SQL, and data modeling principles is essential. You must be comfortable working independently in a distributed team environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly to shifting business needs.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and global teams.

Additional qualities include a strong work ethic, a passion for technology and problem solving at scale, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Flexibility to work overlapping hours with onshore teams is also necessary to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Independently gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements by partnering directly with stakeholders across different time zones.




- Lead the design of technical and functional solutions based on business needs, utilizing Salesforce configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products.
- Architect scalable data models within Salesforce, applying best practices and object-oriented design principles.
- Define and implement testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during functional testing and UAT, resolving complex issues using advanced Salesforce debugging tools.
- Drive discussions on requirements, prototyping, design reviews, and testing, representing the team in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
- Oversee deployment processes and post-production support, leveraging CI/CD best practices and scratch orgs.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Support end users with onboarding, training, and resolving queries to maximize Salesforce adoption and efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance, oversight, and knowledge sharing to foster team growth.
