Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support CRM and business processes.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Future Methods, Test Classes
- Flows, Process Builder, Workflows
- Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
- Data Modeling, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Page Layouts
- Data Loader and data migration activities

Salesforce Service Cloud

- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Cases, Queues, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Support data migration, data quality, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.

Salesforce Field Service Lightning

- Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support field operations.
- Configure and manage Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Flows.




- Configure Workforce Management, Dispatcher Console, and Mobile App capabilities.
- Implement optimization strategies for scheduling and resource allocation.
- Integrate FSL with ERP, HRMS, CRM, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize Service Cloud and FSL functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex.
- Perform data migration, deployment, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities.

Salesforce CMD

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Design and develop personalized customer engagement and omnichannel marketing solutions.
- Architect and implement Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder solutions.
- Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design and manage Marketing Cloud data models, data extensions, and subscriber management processes.
- Develop complex SQL queries, AMP script, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and agile content solutions.
- Implement API-based integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems.
- Ensure best practices around deliverability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Lead code reviews, solution governance, and deployment activities.
- Mentor and guide development teams and junior consultants.
- Support estimation, solution proposals, and presales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce CRM, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
