Job Summary for Salesforce CPQ Lead Developer

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of CPQ solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Configure and customize CPQ products, pricing rules, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize CPQ processes for Manufacturing industry use cases, including product configuration, pricing models, and quote generation.
- Integrate CPQ with CRM/ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system enhancements, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers within the team.




- Support solution deployments, monitor system quality, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Utilize strong experience in CPQ development, preferably Salesforce CPQ or similar platforms.
- Apply knowledge of product configuration, pricing, quote management, Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning, and system integrations.
- Demonstrate robust problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, especially in a Manufacturing industry context.
- Willing to work late shifts to provide support until midnight.
