Skills Requirement
- Minimum 5-8years of relevant experience as a Salesforce – Business Analyst
- Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience
- Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes,
Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material
- Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred
- Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals
- Valuable understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.
Applicants with BA certification and any other is preferred.
