Harsha Toyota is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automobile dealership sales and training, with the ability to develop sales teams, enhance product knowledge, and improve overall sales performance.
Position: Sales Trainer – Automobile Dealership
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 3+ years in Automobile Sales Training / Dealership Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programs for Sales Consultants and Sales Executives.
- Conduct product, process, customer handling, negotiation, and sales skills training.
- Develop and implement induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Identify training requirements and prepare effective training modules.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve productivity and sales conversion.
- Monitor training effectiveness and assess individual/team performance.
- Work closely with Sales Management to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Support the dealership in achieving sales targets through continuous learning and development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Automobile Sales Training / Automotive Dealership.
- Robust understanding of automobile retail sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
- Strong analytical and performance-management skills.
- Candidates with experience as an Automobile Sales Trainer, Dealership Trainer, Sales Training Manager, or Sales Manager with strong training exposure will be preferred.
