Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce & CloudSense DevOps Engineer to join our agile team. This role encompasses full lifecycle ownership from design and development through to deployment, operations, and continuous support, ensuring platform reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce and CloudSense platforms with hands-on experience across SDLC and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust solutions leveraging Salesforce and CloudSense platforms.

Develop and customize modules, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and CloudSense CPQ.

Incorporate operational and security considerations into design to ensure resilience and maintainability.

Apply automation-first principles across build, deploy, and monitoring processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.





Lead and perform development and configuration efforts for Salesforce and CloudSense modules, including CPQ, Order Management, Pricing Services, Deal Management, and Contract Management.

Enhance workflows for order orchestration and frame agreement processes.

Ensure seamless integration with external systems and platforms, including Heroku and MuleSoft.

Partner with infrastructure and operations teams to implement observability (logging, metrics, and alerts).

Optimize performance, scalability, and usability across modules and integrations.

Ensure operational readiness and scalability through performance testing and automated monitoring dashboards.

Own CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and CloudSense deployments, ensuring traceability, version control, and rollback strategies.

Maintain build and release automation using tools like Flosum, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with operations teams to manage deployment environments and release governance.

Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure solution reliability.
