Role Description The Sales Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves providing technical support and field service for cranes, material handling equipment, and industrial fabrications, including installation assistance, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer locations.

The Sales Service

Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and spare parts availability.



Daily responsibilities include preparing service reports, supporting sales efforts with technical inputs, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers. The role also requires adherence to safety standards, documentation of service activities, and feedback collection to drive product and service improvements.

Qualifications

- Robust technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial cranes and material handling equipment.
- Experience in field service and technical support for mechanical and electrical systems in industrial environments.
- Effective communication skills for customer interaction, report writing, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and servicing of EOT cranes, hoists, and related MHEs is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications; familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial settings; strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.
