Responsibilities

- Work closely with trading team to optimize bunker sales operations
- Manage day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth barge, pipeline, and tank truck movements.
- Coordinate with shipping agencies, port officials, surveyors, and other stakeholders for daily bunker supply execution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and international bunkering guidelines.
- Prepare operational reports in Excel as required.
- Work collaboratively with internal team, including marketing, operation and finance
- Review vendor bills and issue work orders as required.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Actively participate in current and future projects designed to improve processes and procedures, maintain an awareness of digital/market developments in the bunkering space
- Support as required for recent or existing projects which may be outside of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education Qualification

- Recent College Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in – Maritime studies, Engineering, supply chain logistics or related field.
