Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Representative is responsible for generating and converting leads, promoting FitsAir routes and services, and meeting sales targets through direct customer engagement, corporate outreach, and travel agency partnerships. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, following up on inquiries, and managing a pipeline of prospects in the assigned territory. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating fares and terms within guidelines, processing bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Representative will collaborate with marketing and operations teams, provide market feedback, and deliver a high level of customer service to both individual travelers and corporate clients.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and negotiation.




- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and handle queries professionally.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills to track performance, interpret market trends, and prepare sales reports.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and reservation or CRM systems; ability to learn airline-specific platforms quickly.
- Previous experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with a qualified, inclusive, and team-oriented approach.
