We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive our insurance business expansion across Odisha.

? Key Responsibilities

Recruit and create POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) across Odisha.

Increase insurance penetration through effective sales and distribution strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with POSPs, dealers, agents, and channel partners.

Drive POSP onboarding and activation for Motor & Health Insurance products.

Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Provide product knowledge and sales support to POSPs.

Identify recent markets and expand the insurance distribution network across Odisha.

Track sales performance and ensure consistent POSP productivity.

? Candidate Requirements

Insurance industry experience is preferred.





Good knowledge of Motor & Health Insurance.

Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Experience in POSP recruitment / agency / channel sales will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of the Odisha market and local dealer/channel network.

Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and build a strong sales network.
