Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer to support multiple CG Cloud rollouts and mobility app enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in development, customization, and operational support while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud)

- Customize and enhance mobility applications aligned with business needs

- Build scalable solutions using Salesforce Core (Apex, LWC, integrations)

Operations & Support

- Provide operational support for multiple CG Cloud rollouts

- Handle requirement analysis,



solution design, and deployment support

- Assist in rollout execution and in office onboarding activities (initial phase)

Training & Enablement

- Own end-to-end training lifecycle including planning, delivery, and feedback collection

- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and create documentation

- Ensure user adoption and effective utilization of implemented solutions

Quality Assurance & Improvement

- Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption metrics

- Drive continuous improvements across rollout waves

- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
