Eligibility / Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Finance preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loan sales
- Strong local market knowledge and builder/DSE network
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source recent Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales, referrals, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners
- Identify and approach self-employed professionals, businessmen, and SMEs for LAP products
