Spolyn Ventures is a SportsTech startup incubated at AIC-IIT Delhi, building technology-driven solutions for the shooting sports ecosystem.

Our flagship product, SEST10M, is a Made-in-India electronic shooting target system designed for 10m Air Rifle & Air Pistol events. We are now expanding our sales, marketing, and customer operations and are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

? What You’ll Do

? Sales & Client Management

Manage leads, communicate with schools, academies, clubs, universities and other potential customers, and handle regular follow-ups.

? CRM & Sales Pipeline

Maintain our CRM, update lead information, track follow-ups, and keep the sales pipeline organized.

? Digital Marketing

Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms to increase Spolyn's visibility and reach.

? Social Media Management

Manage company social media accounts — content planning, posting, engagement and basic analytics.

? Website Management

Keep our website updated with new products, content, announcements and other relevant information.

? E-Commerce Operations

Manage product listings, orders, updates and basic e-commerce operations.

? Inventory & Operations Support

Track and verify inventory, identify stock discrepancies,



maintain current stock records and coordinate with the mechanical/operations team.

? Who We’re Looking For

✅ Fresher or 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, business development or client servicing

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable using social media and creating basic content

✅ Organized and detail-oriented

✅ Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining data

✅ Willing to take ownership and work across multiple functions in a startup environment

✅ Willing to work in office at AIC-IIT Delhi

⭐ Valuable to have: CRM/Zoho, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing or basic design/content creation experience.
