? Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations & follow up for sales closure
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions & product promotions
- Prepare product presentations, brochures & email campaigns
- Maintain CRM records and track leads & sales activities
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical/service teams
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors & pricing
- Identify recent market segments and business opportunities
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics & Accounts for smooth order execution
- Follow up for documentation, dispatch, payments & deliveries
