CTC: Up to 8 LPA + Incentives

Exp. 4+ Yrs. in CASA sales/ direct acquisition with at least 2 years of team handling from Banking/Fintech.

Location: Noida, Delhi, Gurugram

Education: Graduate/ PG

Job Role:

Responsible for achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meeting the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.

Responsible for the generation of revenues through the sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc., through the Sales Channel.

Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising Team Leaders and Sales Executives, and ensuring Recruitment, Training, retention, and Mentoring of Sales teams.

Responsible for managing the leads and distributing them among the team members.





Ensuring the daily productivity of acquisition managers and customer satisfaction.

Job Mandates:

- Age up to 34 years
- Must have team handling experience with a minimum of 4 years of direct Sales Experience.
- Only Local Candidates will be considered.
- MBA/Graduate.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills – Written and oral.
- Should have an eye for data and be positive with analytical skills.
- Good leadership Skills with strong people and time management.
