Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, focusing on driving revenue growth for sarees, dress materials, and dupattas in domestic and potential international markets.

Responsibilities include managing and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, tracking performance, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts, conducting market visits, and gathering feedback to improve product offerings and positioning.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate closely with production, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure timely deliveries, appropriate stock levels, and coordinated promotional activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales management and business development skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and handle retailer and distributor accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess market analysis and planning skills, including the ability to study competition, identify new markets, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, such as coaching, mentoring, and engaging sales staff.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with clear spoken and written English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in textile, apparel, or fashion retail/wholesale sales is highly beneficial; familiarity with sarees and ethnic wear markets is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience in sales leadership will be considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, CRM tools), and willingness to travel for client and market visits.
