Sales Manager – Credit Cards
Department: Retail Liabilities / Credit Card Sales
Location:Kolkata
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in credit card sales or retail lending
- Prior experience managing a team and achieving aggressive sales goals
- Familiarity with KYC, compliance, and digital application platforms
Job Purpose: To manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of dues through strategic follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
