RDA Realty, the newly launched real estate advisory arm of RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., is building its founding team in Pune.

RDA Tax Advisory is an established professional advisory firm based in Pune. With RDA Realty, we are expanding into the real estate sector with a focus on professional, transparent and client-focused property advisory.

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers, students and trainees who want to learn about real estate sales and gain practical industry experience.

You don't need prior real estate experience. We are looking for the right attitude, communication skills, curiosity and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Learn & Do

· Learn about the Pune real estate market and different property projects.

· Assist with lead generation and client enquiries.

· Understand client requirements and learn how suitable properties are identified.

· Assist with property presentations and site visits.

· Follow up with prospective clients under the guidance of the sales team.

· Coordinate with developers and team members when required.

· Learn the basics of the sales process, from enquiry to closure.

What We’re Looking For

· Freshers, students or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.





· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident, positive and willing-to-learn attitude.

· Genuine interest in real estate and sales.

Ability to work with the team and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Position: Sales Intern – Real Estate

Location: Baner, Pune

Work Mode: In-person

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year

Compensation: To be discussed based on role and experience + performance incentives

Own bike and valid driving license will be preferred, as the role may involve assisting with client meetings and site visits.
