Commis II - Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000/month + ₹2,000 - ₹3,000 service charge

Role

Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes across Chinese, Continental, Italian, and other international cuisines. Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene standards throughout service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle mise-en-place: chopping, portioning, and prepping ingredients.
- Cook assigned dishes as per standard recipes and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, woks, fryers, pasta cookers).
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and follow FSSAI hygiene norms.
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO practices for raw materials.




- Support senior chefs during peak service.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management OR 1-2 years of kitchen experience.
- Working knowledge of at least one international cuisine.
- Good knife skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Tamil speaking; English/Hindi a plus.
