STEAM BOILERS & TURN-KEY GAS PIPELINE PROJECT SALES

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales for our complete range of products including steam boilers, hot air generators, thermic fluid heaters and turn key gas pipeline solutions for MGL/GGL etc.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard recent dealers and channel partners to expand our distribution network.
- Nurture and support existing dealer relationships to maximize revenue and ensure brand loyalty.
- Respond to, qualify, and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and dealer interactions using our CRM system.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Travel as needed to meet with potential partners, attend trade shows, and visit project sites.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.




- Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of boilers, heatpumps and thermal engineering.
- Knowledge of reticulated, industrial gas pipeline work.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in using business management software and CRM tools to track sales pipelines.
