Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and leads
- Explain course details and placement services
- Handle inquiries and solve basic queries
- Maintain call records and update daily reports
- Coordinate with the counseling and placement team
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confidence in handling calls
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
