Plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality welding activities as per project requirements, safety standards, and timelines
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of welding machines
- Track welding rods, gases, consumables, and tools
- Ensure hot work and work-at-height safety protocols are strictly followed
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
- Promote robust safety awareness across the team
- Manage and lead a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (SMAW, TIG, MIG, FCAW)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and WPS
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety standards
- Team management and effective communication skills
- Experience in welding activities in industrial or project environments

Experience:
- 3 -5 years of experience in welding

Education:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Welding, or related field

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
