Job Opening for Post-Sales Department
- Department: Post-Sales / Customer Relationship Management (Real Estate)
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Mulund (West).
- Desired Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Post-Sales, CRM, or Client Servicing within the Real Estate sector.

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Post-Sales Executive to manage the client journey from the point of booking through to possession. This role is vital for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing collections, and maintaining the company’s reputation through seamless after-sales service.

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the initial booking, addressing queries regarding payment schedules, construction updates, and documentation.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage the execution of Allotment Letters, Sale Agreements,



and registration processes. Ensure all KYC and legal paperwork is accurate.
- Collections: Monitor payment milestones and coordinate with clients for timely collection of installments and interest.
- Query Resolution: Efficiently handle customer grievances and provide timely solutions to ensure a smooth transition from buyer to homeowner.

Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) to handle diverse clientele.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel for tracking payments) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Patience and the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor while resolving complex client issues.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files and follow up on tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
