Shift:
- Day Shift-based duty (as per centre requirement)
- Sunday Weekly off as per roster
- No Night Shifts
Role Summary
Responsible for clinical management of dialysis patients, ensuring safe dialysis sessions, protocol adherence, and timely handling of complications at the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Monitoring
- Evaluate patients before dialysis (history, vitals, clinical condition)
- Monitor patients during and post dialysis
- Identify and manage complications
Dialysis Supervision
- Supervise dialysis procedures and ensure adherence to protocols
- Ensure correct prescription execution and patient safety
Emergency Handling
- Manage dialysis-related emergencies (hypotension, reactions, etc.)
- Stabilize patients and coordinate with nephrologist/hospital team
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain patient records, treatment sheets, and reports
- Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical SOPs
Team Coordination
- Work closely with technicians and nursing staff
- Ensure proper communication with patients and attendants
Eligibility
- MBBS (mandatory):
- 1-3 years experience (dialysis / ICU / emergency preferred)
- Freshers with solid clinical knowledge can be considered
