As a Supervising Associate in the GDS Finance - Controlling team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business across a broad spectrum of finance-related activities. This includes overseeing real estate finance matters, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and providing robust accounting support. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent teams, project leads, and operations, to deliver high-quality outcomes for the organization.

We are hiring for Supervising Associate who will be reporting to Associate Director.
This position will work closely with GDS Finance and other teams on various requirements and initiatives.
- Your key responsibilities
- Finance-Related Real Estate Management: Oversee all finance aspects related to real estate
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between finance, talent, operations, and other relevant teams to facilitate effective communication and execution of real estate and project-related initiatives.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all statutory and internal compliance requirements related to finance and real estate are met. Share required data and updates with relevant teams in a timely and accurate manner.
