- Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. MedoPlus is a recipient of FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years._
- Role Summary_
- The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for driving patient footfall and brand visibility through local marketing, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders, executing outreach initiatives,



and supporting clinic revenue and hospitalization targets._
- Key Responsibilities_
- Execute local marketing campaigns to generate patient leads and support hospitalizations_
- Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, KOLs, NGOs, and community groups_
- Manage communication with patients, media, and key stakeholders_
- Organize awareness drives, and community engagement activities_
- Coordinate with doctors, local leaders, institutions, and government bodies_
- Promote clinic services and lab packages through local influencers (e.g., gram pradhan)_
- Develop and strengthen referral and outreach networks_
- Engage the affluent segment to increase clinic footfall_
