Role of Position:
As an Architect at Nestable, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing and compliant with all the regulations. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high quality architectural solutions that align with our company’s standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities (detail minimum 05):
Design Development : Assisting in the preparation of architectural designs and construction drawings, focussing on prefab building systems.

Create and develop Architectural designs and drawings that are functional and aligned with project goals and expectations Creation of 3D Models and renderings using softwares like AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that the designs and drawings should comply with the local building codes, zoning laws and other regulatory requirements.



Assisting in the development of construction details to ensure ease of assembly, transportation and installation.

Coordination : Work closely with structural engineers, mechanical engineers and other professionals to integrate various systems into the architectural designs. Coordinating with suppliers and fabricators to ensure that materials and components meet project specifications and quality standards. Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine design concepts.

Documentation : Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications and reports using CAD software and other design tools. Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including architectural drawings, material specifications and schedules. Contributing to the development of project presentations, reports and construction documents.
