- Teach and manage daily lessons across assigned grades
- Design creative, activity-based learning plans
- Monitor student learning, progress, and behavior
- Collaborate with coordinators & attend regular staff meetings
- Maintain proper documentation (attendance, assessments, report cards)
- Engage with parents during PTMs
