Position: AI Implementation Executive

Reports to: Lead - Digital Transformation

Location: Mumbai

Years of Experience: 2 years of Experience. Accepting Freshers for this role.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field with a robust interest in emerging technology

Prefered Qualification:Course or certification done in AI would be preferred

Type of Work Experience Required (mandatory):
- Generative AI, Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering, chatbots

Type of Work Experience Required (preferred): OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI models

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of workflows in Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics to pinpoint manual bottlenecks ripe for AI interventionResearch and evaluate AI tools (SaaS platforms, LLM-based agents, and automation suites) to determine technical fit and ROI
- Work hands-on with departmental teams to integrate AI tools into their existing processes, ensuring mínimal disruption




- Create user manuals and lead internal workshops to ensure teams are comfortable and proficient with new AI-enhanced workflows
- Monitor tool performance and user feedback, reporting key efficiency metrics to the Head - Digital Transformation
