Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and product training sessions for current telesales executives.
- Develop training modules, scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales pitch strategies.
- Monitor live calls and recorded calls to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Train team members on communication skills, sales techniques, and closing strategies.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to improve overall team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and call quality parameters.
- Maintain training reports and performance improvement records.
- Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
