About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented skilled to support Vendor marketing operations and Amazon marketplace management for a UK-based client. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and brand partners, managing workflows, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Trello boards by creating, updating, and tracking tasks across workflow stages
- Monitor landing pages to ensure content accuracy and timely updates
- Compile and organize Proof of Execution (POE) documents and prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners for timely updates and submissions
- Maintain trackers, records, and marketing operations documentation
- Manage Amazon marketplace operations, including product listings and account updates
- Respond to customer queries and handle basic technical questions related to PCs and computer hardware:




- Process orders, cancellations, and returns while maintaining accurate records

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field
- Strong written and spoken English:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Trello, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Workspace:
- Basic understanding of PC hardware components (processors, RAM, GPUs, storage, etc.)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms is preferred

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays working
- UK Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST
