Role Overview

As an intern, you will work closely with the ecommerce and operations teams to support day-to-day activities across platforms such as eBay (USA), Amazon, and our company website, while gaining practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations Support
- Assist in managing product listings on eBay (USA), Amazon, and the company website
- Help update product descriptions, pricing, images, and basic SEO content
- Ensure product information is accurate and compliant with healthcare guidelines

Marketplace & Platform Assistance
- Support daily marketplace activities using tools like eBay Seller Hub
- Assist in monitoring promotions, offers, and basic performance metrics
- Help maintain organized product catalogs and inventory records

Order & Operations Coordination




- Assist with order tracking, fulfillment follow-ups, and status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory availability and restocking
- Learn basic documentation and processes related to ecommerce operations

Digital Marketing Support
- Support basic SEO, product visibility tasks, and platform-specific promotions
- Help align listings and promotions with brand guidelines

Customer Support Assistance
- Help respond to customer inquiries and order-related questions under supervision
- Assist in handling returns, feedback, and basic issue resolution
- Learn best practices for customer communication, especially for healthcare products

Analytics & Reporting (Learning Focus)
- Support tracking of basic KPIs such as traffic, orders, and conversions
- Assist in preparing straightforward reports using tools like Google Analytics or platform reports
- Learn how data is used to improve ecommerce performance
