- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and offering professional, personalized styling or product advice.
- Sales Generation: Actively promoting products, upselling or cross-selling, and achieving individual or team sales targets.
- Transactions: Processing cash/card payments, returns, and exchanges accurately via POS systems.
- Merchandising & Maintenance: Restocking inventory, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and attractive.




- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, trends, and promotional events to guide customers effectively. WeCP +5

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not always required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with customers and staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move items for extended periods.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Pay: ₹12,728.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
