What You’ll Do:
-Vendor & Financial Reconciliation
○ Support in closing invoice gaps and reconciling packaging material stock at vendor locations.
○ Assist in resolving RM-PM ledger gaps, credit issues, and discrepancies with vendors and internal accounts teams.
○ Coordinate with CMOs for credit note processing and timely follow-ups.
○ Track and support vendor payment reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial closure.
-Supply & Re-order Coordination
○Support re-order planning and execution for packaging materials (primary, secondary, and tertiary).
○Coordinate with vendors and CMOs to ensure timely availability of packaging materials.
○Assist in managing CMO vendor provisions and stock planning activities.
-Cost Optimization & Data Management
○Track cost optimization initiatives and cost-saving projects across packaging materials.
○ Maintain and update packaging team databases, trackers,
and reports.
○ Support cost closure activities for SKUs and packaging materials.
-Project & Operational Support
○Assist in the execution and closure of new projects and initiatives led by the packaging/procurement team.
○Provide operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of packaging and procurement activities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
