Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating with operations, and ensuring smooth execution of corporate and retail bookings. The role requires solid coordination, communication, and system discipline to enhance client experience and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries, RFQs, and client requirements
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and rate contracts
- Follow up with clients for approvals, confirmations, and feedback
- Maintain strong coordination between clients and operations team

Client Relationship Management
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
- Ensure timely response to client queries and escalations
- Maintain client satisfaction and service quality standards

Booking & Execution Support




- Coordinate with operations team for vehicle allocation and trip execution
- Ensure accurate booking details are entered into the system
- Monitor trip status and handle real-time issues/escalations

Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain client database, contracts, and pricing records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track revenue, conversions, and pending leads

System & Process Discipline
- Ensure proper usage of systems (Indicab or internal software)
- Maintain documentation for all bookings and transactions
- Support billing coordination and discrepancy resolution

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination / travel / car rental industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
