We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate - Global Banking

In this role, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of applicable sectors and products, providing coverage and execution services to HSBC’s infrastructure clients
- Originate and lead strategic deals, demonstrating quality thought leadership
- Oversee and assist in the preparation and negotiation of key financial and project-related documents,



including internal documents like credit memos
- Help the creation of marketing materials such as pitch books, proposals, teaser documents, and information memoranda
- Conduct thorough industry and company-specific research
- Provide guidance to and ensure the quality of output of junior colleagues
- Coordinate and collaborate with other internal stakeholders and business units across regions within the bank
- Contribute to the execution of the group’s overall business plan

To be successful you will:
- Tertiary qualification from a reputable university, preferably in a relevant discipline. A post-graduate degree or CFA is an advantage
- Strong deal execution experience in the global Infrastructure/Project Finance market, ideally with at least 3 years of experience
- Exposure to domestic and cross-border infrastructure advisory and financing transactions
