We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Ownerto join our Digital Business Solutions team and lead the digital transformation of our Real Estate, Workplace Experience and Record Management(REWxRiM) function.

As Product Owner, you will bridge business and technology,



translating strategic goals into actionable digital solutions that optimize real estate operations, workplace services, and employee experience.

This role is pivotal in driving the global implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) in 2026, shaping digital solutions that support our workplace strategy and enhance employee experience across more than 40 countries.

_Main Responsibilities: _
- Define and own the product roadmap for digital solutions under REWxRiM domain, aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and digital teams.
- Lead the global IWMS implementation, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
