Deliver effective instruction:_
- Use personal experience & prescribed pedagogy to drive student learning as required for the specific course
- Integrate real-life situations into learning experiences to encourage critical thinking
- Provide timely & constructive feedback on mock/full-length tests to students to drive continuous improvement in knowledge & scores
- Identify & use appropriate training aids to enhance the student experience and learning outcomes

Academic development:_
- Recommend improvements in curriculum, pedagogy, learning aids, teaching assignments, etc., wherever necessary.
- Actively contribute to making/upgrading study material, test papers and assignments for the courses

Manage classes and learning environments_:
- Maintain attendance records, and test score details for students
- Ensure regular student assessments




- Monitor and analyse student’s performance and provide helpful guidance to students

EDUCATION
- Graduate from IITs, BITS or premiere engineering institutions at the national level, OR
- Graduate in Maths from a recognised university

EXPERIENCE
- 2-10 years experience in coaching students in quantitative methods for the preparation of SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT
