Job Title: Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer details.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Help maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is organized.
- Support digital platforms such as online listings, leads, or social media inquiries if required.

Requirements:
- Intermedia qualification.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
