Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize chemical processes and production systems
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot process issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Reduce production costs through process improvement
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements
- Support scale-up of new products from lab to plant
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and EHS teams
- Prepare technical reports and SOPs
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or B.E /B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- 2-8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
