Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect mica sheets, splittings, flakes, and powder for size, thickness, and quality.
- Ensure consistency across batches.
- Maintain logs for export documentation.
- Train splitting & grading staff.
- Coordinate packing & labeling as per export standards.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years experience in minerals or mica processing (sheet or powder processing).
- Understanding of grading, moisture control, and sorting.
- Basic knowledge of packaging & export standards.
- Attention to detail & ability to train workers.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
