Role Description

Qualifications
- Solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Experience with Online Support and Customer Service to assist users through multiple communication channels
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support for resolving issues related to the booking platform
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
