About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze patient medical records, including history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, medications, diagnostic test results, and care plans.
- Assign accurate Home Health codes using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS Level II based on clinical documentation.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all coding elements, including diagnosis and procedure codes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Ensure strict confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
- Support accurate documentation and billing compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Home Health Coding.
- Certification in BCHH-C / CPC / CCS / HCPCS / AHIMA.
- Robust knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.




- Familiarity with OASIS and Plan of Care (POC).
- Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
