Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar
Must Have Skills:
- Record to Report
- Fixed Assets
- General Ledger
- Intercompany
- Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
- Researching/reconciling of GL/Bank accounts
- Deep understanding of Month-end close and Journal entries
- Exposure in Intercompany/intracompany billing including revenue recognition
Positive-to-Have Skills:
- Reconciliations
- Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliation
- Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
- Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Should be able to perform Customer account / statement reconciliation
- Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation
- Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
