Responsibilities:
- Prepare diamond packets as per requirement list / issue memo (shape, size, quality, quantity)
- Accurately bag, label, and seal diamond packets for production and sales orders
- Maintain daily diamond stock records (issue, receipt, balance)
- Match physical stock with system/Excel records.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and QC teams for diamond requirements
- Prepare and verify diamond purchase orders as per stock shortage and requirements
- Follow up with diamond suppliers for availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Assist in inward checking of purchased diamonds (count, weight, basic quality check)
- Maintain proper documentation for:
- Diamond issue slips
- Purchase entries
- Vendor bills and confirmations
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of diamonds at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Hands-on experience in diamond bagging / issuing / stock handling:
- Positive knowledge of diamond basics:
- Shape, size (mm), sieve size
- Color, clarity, cut (basic level)
- Ability to read and understand requirement sheets and memos:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets mandatory)
- Experience with diamond or jewelry ERP software (Gati or similar) is a plus
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with high-value inventory
- Able to work under deadlines and production pressure
- Prior experience in diamond trading, manufacturing, or jewelry unit

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
